Charter might be lagging behind at 5m/512k, but atleast there is no bandwith cap.

Rogers serves in Canada and competes with Bell, not Verizon.

We are not talking about people that do massive downloads of porn, P2P, Kazaa, etc.

I am an above average user and may use 50-60 gigs a month.

If just wacthing video online, sending pics, email, and surfing, 100 gigs is fine.

I do know "hogs" that use 1 tb a month. Yes, I think they should pay MORE. How? Running P2P. Basically, illegal downloading and uploading is what they are doing.

I'd say cap at 100 gigs then charge $.25 a gig after that.

FIOS shouldn't apply since they want you to download with 30/5 connections.

If you don't want to pay by the gig, get a commercial account. No caps on those.
