So , new to the forum not sure this is the right location. I have been calling Mediacom since last Thursday, I only get a busy signal so I emailed customer service Monday and it said I would receive a response within 24 hours. I received an auto-reply message today and it said to call the customer service number. Does anyone know of a better number than the one on the web page? I'm moving and I wanted to cancel service at the old house and add it at the new. Unfortunately I have a job so I can't sit here and dial all day. |
