[TEAM STARFIRE] Birthday posts

I've received several PM's regarding the daily birthday posts of folks who have moved on to one of our competitors and if they should still be recognized.

We have always had the policy "once a member of BBR Team Starfire, always a member".

Until told otherwise, I'll continue to post all birthdays on the master list here

»Team Starfire Birthday List!

If someone wants to be removed from the list, please contact one of the mods as I cannot edit that list.

If you would like to be added and have your birthday acknowledged, please post here :

»Team Starfire BIRTHDAY LIST! (...cont 3)

Thanks John

I think thats a great idea. And yes, once a member, always a member.
Even if you want to look at them as a new team now, they still started and finished as Starfire under classic, and 50% of our team has never touched Boinc to begin with.

Not to mention that a lot of us have Seti Classic accounts parked with BBR Team Starfire still.

I know, I know, when site management want our opinion they'll give it to us.

How silly of me to think a discussion forum is the right place to discuss things.

Team Starfire World BOINC - You know it makes sense.

I see no reason to change anything, unless a member wants their name removed

I feel the same way unless they want it removed it would be nice to keep them included on the list.

I requested by PM to BBR-Insuw to remove me from the list after I left the team in march, but he never replied and I'm still on the birthday list. Maybe if I ask real nice in public it will get done. "Could you please remove me from the birthday list when you get a chance. Thank You"
