Dana Point | PCH 1930 Laguna | Buena Park Flood '38 | White House Restaurant | Location? | Sepulveda Head Stone |
Someone may be able to help with a few of these; I can't remember where the White House was and the boat may be Balboa? The Dana Point B&W beach I am now using as wallpaper. |

The Dana Point B&W beach I am now using as wallpaper. The boat is Balboa Island, and The White House Restaurant is still there in Laguna on S. PCH a few blocks south of LCR. It's been there forever. -- Life Member, NRA and CRPA. |

1 edit | I can't remember what side they're on. It's been years since I actually took that part of PCH. I always go LCR to 3rd St then Park to Glenneyre and down.
EDIT: And I always remember te place having live jazz.

Here's the old pic of the Cielito Lindo restaurant from earlier in the thread. The restaurant is still there serving up good eats, just as it has been since 1938. Here also is what it looks like today.
EDIT: FYI, it's at César E. Chávez Ave (used to be Sunset Blvd) and Alameda, right near the triangle that's formed by Main, Alameda/N Spring, and Chávez nee Sunset. -- Life Member, NRA and CRPA. |
