The new commissioner may not always agree with Martin, but those who think he will jump to the Liberal big government interventionist model will be sadly disappointed. He is still a conservative and friendly to big business. He may come down harder than Martin if big business abuses their power, but he will never become some populist advocate for government overriding business decisions.

And he has already stated his position on net neutrality. He thinks stepping in and setting up onerous rules is not needed and the FCC should wait to see if abuses occur.
