...what will happen to the $15 BILLION dollars?Iraq war fund? Department of Homeland Security slushfund #123? Another congressional pay raise? I'd like to see some proper and responsible accounting of this money. KM It all goes to general Treasury. The money will not be earmarked for anything in particular. And $15 billion will be spent by the Federal government in 47 hours time based on the 2007 fiscal year budget of $2.8 trillion.
