I bought the same one last week. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with it. I even kept the stock heatsink and fan as it cools as well as the aftermarket one I had with my AMD athlon 64 3500+.
I didn't want to wait until they were gone, since the 1 MB. of L2 isn't being made anymore.

i have a 939 MB, I just went ahead and bout the s939 AMD 64 X2 4400+ for $235. I went with the 4400 for the 2 MB of L2 cache, figure I can O/C to 4800+ speeds. I can't wait for it to arrive. |
