Vonage--Don't use it

Vonage is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The calls often have static or feedback. Incoming voice message is choppy. There is no customer service. You wait on hold for 30-40 minutes, get someone in India who does not understand your problem and transfers you to someone else who hangs up on you.
