From the looks of your screenshot it appears that CPanel can't read the license file (in which case it won't work). Unless you've got a dedicated/VPS package there's not much you'll be able to do.
Have you opened a support ticket? |

Surpass just needs to SSH to the server and run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt which will renew the license and most likely fix the problem.
Maybe add this information to the ticket and hopefully it can be resolved a bit faster.

All that aside, continue to pester them. I've rarely had a trouble ticket exceed four hours. You could also draw some additional attention by posting your problem in the surmunity forums. |
