Is it true that Comcast customers in Southern CA is being move over to Timer Warner ?

Darn, so it is true then. Urg, suddendly being downgrade from 6mbs from Comcast to 5mbs from Road Runner suck -_-. My only hope is that the service is at least as good as Comcast, since I been having really good services from them (speed alway at 6bms, and never run into any problem)
