How to stop annoying ads and pop ups

Hello there

I have AVG free antivirus, Kerio firewall and Ad Adaware.
I keep getting pop ups etc every 5 minutes but no viruses.
One of these is Disc cleaner and another Yield Manager - what are these?
How do I stop these please
