Great deal for Verizon. They get to save on equipment cost.
Good deal for subs if they don't record that much, not so good if you record a lot. I can just see some big households eating right thru that 160 GB hard drive. |

I dont understand who would want this.
20x 12= 240. A new tivo or replay is just able to the same cost and some do streaming and there have a better interfaces.

Yes. Another "deal" for the terminally stupid (or, those with more money than brains). $20 a month and an extra $4 for each TV connected to it...? WTF?
So, with 1 TV, that's $288.
With 2 TV's that's $336.
with a full load of 3 TV's that's $384!
Over and above regular service charges.
I'll jump right on it. |
