We use them as CPE and like them. Are you looking for indoor or outdoor cases?

Indoor we thought abotu useing the oudoor aluminum ones you see on wisp-router. These will be going on transit busses... From what we have seen in the past they screw the case down for whatever radio these use with small ruber isoloater feet

For that many units, you could save more than $10,000 with a custom RB112-specific enclosure.

Make a rough sketch of the features you dream about and show it to a Mech. E student. She will make a SolidWorks drawing (for a small fee) that you take to a metal shop that specializes in prototyping and small production runs.

We used that approach recently for a large enclosure that can accomodate 2 RB112 or RB532 with daughtercard with room to spare.

We just ordered a custom enclosure from www.protocase.com. These guys were awesome! We sent them the specs of the board we are using and they built a custom case with the exact holes we needed. It was a custom mini-ITX case for only $119! There were willing to change dimensions and everything at no charge. And they I'm sure they could do a large run of RB112 cases for a lot less.

Protocase is really cool but a bit expensive for small production runs. We use companies like Virtucom. Both of them are in Canada, but there are equivalent companies all over the US.
