Yes it may be the video card, new video cards have HD acceleration that works with MPEG4 (H.264, etc).. Which I believe is enabled with the latest drivers by ATI or Nvidia if you have a supported card.
It may just be your drivers causing it to not play correctly... Also try updating your codecs. |

Its not the drivers I have tried lots of them. Its the CPU just me. |

MD | Yes it could be the CPU, but it is a direct result of the Video Card.. New video cards have H.264 Hardware acceleration, this takes much stress off the CPU.
