Yes it may be the video card, new video cards have HD acceleration that works with MPEG4 (H.264, etc).. Which I believe is enabled with the latest drivers by ATI or Nvidia if you have a supported card.

It may just be your drivers causing it to not play correctly... Also try updating your codecs.

Its not the drivers I have tried lots of them. Its the CPU just me.

the 6600 can do h.264 sine the 71.xx drivers thats not it
