Hmm, seems like they may be better off just buying a company and Covad comes to mind. They're doing wireless and land based broadband.
Just don't let it die on the vine like Telocity/DirecTV DSL.

Falls Church, VA | Now, that does sound interesting...particularly with this new line powered voice thingy that Covad is rolling out with Earthlink. Maybe they could get some of those 2Wire all-in-one boxes that AT&T is using for DBS + DSL. |
