GMT Date & Time After Reset

After a modem reset (power cycle) the obtained and expires DHCP lease information is GMT. Log time stamps are also GMT.

Have to manually release & renew to get it set to local time. Or wait about a day for it to switch to local time.

Is there some other way of forcing to local time upon reset?
