I just called AT&T and they said though the IP was their's it's maintained by Comcast and for AT&T to do anything about the problems it has to hear it from Comcast.
I then called Comcast and they're demanding to send a tech to my house before they'll do anything so I'm gonna call the local office in the AM and try to talk to them. Everyone having the problem, if you can, call Comcast and let them know. |

Synopsis: I called AT&T. The ATT guy thought I was from Comcast and told me that the pipe was at 85%. I then called Comcast and had it verified that this problem has been escalated to the highest level and that the national techs were looking into it. |
