It just gets worse

So, I've been trying to work with the head of customer service at MDM for the last 2 weeks, and its gone nowhere.

My pings are at 300-1000ms, and I will now disconnect every 10 minutes for about 2 minutes. All online games, remote desktop, and large file downloads are virtually impossible.

I don't even understand how this company can be allowed to operate. Several other people have contacted me about the same problem.

Snohomish, WA		 Their cable tv isn't much better, but at least you have a hope of getting connected. Right now we have no hope, only empty promises of getting connected in our area.
