| reply to VaMPiRiCCRoW Yes it was a dangerous key
I wonder if that particular item had anything to do with it causing issues in KIS beta ? Maybe coincedence.
Some great changes made all the same. |

| reply to VaMPiRiCCRoW Wow a big difference between this version and the previous version is the way is the way it displays blocking when viewing the Hosts file using the HostsMan Editor. In the old version a check mark in the block meant blocking is enabled. With this version a check mark means blocking is disabled. When I first saw that I thought, "you mean I gotta turn on blocking?" Be aware!
From the FAQ: 7. What are all these boxes in HostsMan Editor for?
The boxes indicate the state of each entry. A box with no comment sign means that entry is enabled, or in other words, that host name is being blocked/redirected. A box with a comment sign means that entry is disabled, or in other words, it will be ignored when that host name needs to be resolved. |

join:2004-06-24 Portugal | reply to VaMPiRiCCRoW The protection of HOSTS file was disable from the program, because it's to easy to break it.
And they don't think to add it again because they aren't so comfortable to program services... |
