| AMD clock speed???
I just got a AMD Athlon 3400 and im confused at what this means. ProcessorDescription Your Results Brand/Model AMD Athlon 64 3400+ Nominal Clock Speed 2200 MHz Measured Clock Speed 1000 MHz External Clock Speed 199 MHz CPU Load 0% Speed Rating 6209 (89% of 696 similar)
Why is the measured clock speed lower then the nominal. What does it mean? I did this test at pcpitstop. |

However, there's no good reason to do so because C'n'Q increases clock when your system is under load and decreases it when it is idle. |
