Hi there if any doing Voip at there noc and providing client voip service I have few question please give some hint if you can

1.What kind of Codec your client's using and why
2.Do you own those ATA, IP phone or Coustomer own it
3.What kind of ATA or Ip phone they are using ....
4.What kind of Protocol Sip , Iax2 or h323
