I was getting 5mbps speeds a few days after they rolled out the 10mbps, i called them up and sure enough they told me my account was stuck on 5mpbs for some reason.

they removed me exteme-i and then added it to my account again and i was back to 10mbps

Alberta		 if you have ruled out everything on your end (router, virus..etc)then its time to give shaw a call.
