| Ok, I am not as knowledgeable as many of the other guys here, but since you're in a rush I'll chip in a tad.
Please take what I say with a grain of salt, because, in all humility, I might not have this all exactly on the mark...
Do these things for yourself:
Go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and see what chipset and chip goes on the board. This will tell you if the CPU you like there will work. If it is one of the really new Intel chipset based motherboards, with the lga 775, IIRC, pin array it should work, but go to the maker's site to check.
Ram is a tougher one and sometimes can be a bit of a shot in the dark. I have been reading of some issue with DDR2-800 RAM and Intel (possibly other?) motherboard chipsets, in particular perhaps it was the higher end chipset that was having hickups with this faster RAM, whereas the even faster RAM, the DDR2-1000 or whatever number it is, wasn't a problem, you will have to call the motherboard maker to have any confidence on that one. You could post that particular question in some other active online forums as well. Anandtech's forum the guys might know something, though not everyone there is smart, so be careful who you listen to.
The HS/F should probably work, what you need to do is go to the manufacturer's site and find out two things: Is it made for the pin grid array series chip your getting (such as LGA 775 in this case) AND has the mounting design of it been updated for this new series of motherboard/chip interface? As far as I know, the mounint didn't change, but I would veryify that.
Now the power supply:
That one is easy:
Check the motherboard by looking at a good photo of it or its' manual that the maker has posted online. Count how many pins the female power header connector has (20/24?) and get a supply with the necessary connector (many new supplies have a modifiable connector with the extra 4 pin plastic chunck nestles with the 20 pin one and clips in place, so you can use them for either). Check to see if the supply has the necessary 4 pin and/or 8 pin power header connectors as well, if the motherboard requires them.
Verify that the supply and motherboard have the connectors that you need for the types and amount of drives you will be using, if you want to run SATA, make sure the supply has such connectors. The same with the power connectors for the PCI-Express video card(s): are you going SLI? Crossfire? Single card? Get the right supply that has either one or two of them.
It is super late, I am super tired and out of it, and have to be up in just a couple of hours for a long ride to a doctor, so I will have to leave you at that, I certainly would have tried harder to help you otherwise, but you can do this yourself and you should learn how to, it will help you in the future and have you understanding your system better.

I took a closer look and it all looks pretty good, just double check by taking the steps above. Also: I think you could do better as far as the HS/F if your really planning on spending extra money on a HS/F. I'm just not a huge fan of Thermaltake stuff, it ain't bad, but you can do better, OTOH, a number of people here have that one and seem to like it. Personally, I am sold on ThermalRIGHT products...

The only thing that isnt compatible is the RAM, switch it to DDR2 and you are good to go.
