Verizon outright banned people from doing it when I was a customer. They also had their phones "locked" to prevent people from trying. I "believe" that some Verizon phones now allow tethering, although I believe you do have to pay extra for this. gtdawg Premium join:2002-03-17 Los Angeles, CA	Yes, they now offer this as an addon $15 for select PDA phones. My Treo 700p is one of the included ones. It was extremely simple to set this up with VZ and I am currently enjoying the "legit" tethering now WITH the evdo speeds.
