I think itis location related. I am in the downtown Toronto. The speed is stable and fast. The only problem was the billing issue; but they fixed it last month.

I am in Toronto, East York and for the past 2 weeks- 3 weeks my cable speed had been terrible. My current speed as of right now is. This is brutal. Never able to get through to there tech support.

Not having fun anymore. |
