the problem is they AREN'T laying fiber to holmes. Not nearly in the amount they claimed when they accepted billions in tax breaks several years ago to do just that
yup. the american people got scammed out of billions of dollars. if the telcos did what they promised and built networks to the full extent. then i gurantee that the usa would be #1 world leader in broadband by far
