no problems with free 200-250 citywide

I wish my area had free 200-250kb area wide (we do have fios though . I wouldn't use it as my regular connection but it would be nice to be able to boot up my laptop anywhere and be online. 200-250kb is more than sufficient for simple browsing, email, and reasonable file transfer. Now the NSA looking at my emails... that's another issue
