[Speed] Comcast and Fileplanet...

I have a fileplanet account and i have noticed of late that my download speed are being capped at strange levels like some time 200 some like 350k. But the weird thing is i can download like 3-4 files all at 200k (hence getting like 800k out of fileplanet. But i can't download a single file at over 200k. Fileplanet denies the shit out of speed throttling and i just wanted to ask in here to make sure it wasn't something i missed? I can download off other sites at well over 800k and my speed/tweak tests are all fine...

Well can you guys think of anything else that would ause my downlaods Only from fileplanet to be capped at such a low rate? Yet still be able to download multiple files adding up to my max speed?

I should have stated, I have 8mbps service. 500KB is about half of what I should be getting...

EDIT: I don't really like speed tests, but see what Santa Cruz has to say about your speed:

Fileplanet isn't that fast so don't worry.
