Re: [Equipment] Hook Flash

Can you direct me to the proper tab and what they call the setting? I am not finding it.

Thanks,

Mark

Before you go tinkering around with the settings please confirm whether holding it down for a while longer made any difference.

If you do want to take a look at this, then you must be logged in under advanced and the settings are:
Hook Flash Timer Min:
Hook Flash Timer Max

Which are located under the "regional" tab.

I tried the longer duration(s). no good. I will check the settings.

I have done several experiments and no luck. Since I am behind a SPA9000 and have to dial 9 for "an outside line". Each time I attempt a flash, I get the second dialtone as if I had dialed a 9. I have not messed with the default settings as it appears that those should work fine. Seems like there is something else to do with they way I have things set up.

No Joy on this. Has anyone figured out a way to execute a "hook-flash" from a phone behind an ATA and talking on a PSTN call?
