I've been pulled over here in CA for racing (burnout and all) but I stayed under the speed limit. There's probably some reckless endangerment law about burnouts. |

| reply to Moropo It all depends on your state. Some places it will get you multiple fines. I know that you can be cited for "Excessive Vehicle Noise" as well as "Reckless Driving". The first is usually reserved for jalopies with no exhaust, but can usually be applied at the officer's discretion. -- One post kills threads dead. |
