I used port forwarding on my WRT54G, running tofu13c firmware and it seems to help. I have the pap set to a fixed ip via mac address, and forward the following port ranges to the adaptor - all UDP. Port ranges 5060-5061, 69, 10000 - 20000, and 53. By using udp only my router shows up as "stealth" when scanned but allows the adaptor to register properly with the SIP servers. |

| I am running VT on a unlocked pap2 behind a wrt54gs with QOS set to priority on the mac address of the pap2, I have never set port forwarding before but I was wondering if it helps call quality to set it or if the phone works then should I just leave it alone? -- When the government fears the people, that is LIBERTY.
