NO DVR in Ocala Fl

I have 2 houses, street away, one house I have cable with DVR and internet, my other house, less than .25 miles away I have dish network and comcast for internet. I want to get rid of my dish, but according to Comcast website, only internet, and digital cable with on demand is available, what happened to the DVR service?

Like DarthMaul says, give 'em a call.

I've had my DVR since last November and my local Comcast website still says they're unavailable in my area.
