I am going to take a stab at this: WS 48511 is the Mitsibishi 48" WideScreen (ie WS-48), 511 series.

To answer Taz1127, the Mit is not able to read the encoding on the channels, so you will have to use the Component inputs. In other words, your Set is last year's technology.
