I know this is a really really old topic, but it's worth bringing up. »www.gimp.org is the official site for the GNU Image Manipulation Program. The GIMP is very similar to PSP or PhotoShop. It's primarily a Linux thing, but a Windows version also exists. Best of all, it's TOTALLY free. -- Don't be afraid of me. My only weapon is logical reasoning.
