If there is a problem with your router you can't expect the things that depend on it to work smoothly. You should use a wired connection when changing the router settings. If that doesn't work try to reset it. If that doesn't work you may have to try a looooong reset of the router, which will lose all your settings (if any). Disconnect the router from the Internet when you do that, and immediately after the long reset go in and set a strong admin password for the router. Then apply your other settings. First secure the wireless connection with encryption, then reconnect to the Internet and check that that works, then go and tweak your QOS. | |
