Do you mean, you have not been able to get control of your router? Are you using a wired connection to the router?

yes im using a wired connection to the router. i called linksys the made me do some settings and it still didnt help

If it is still under warranty call for a RMA and replacement. Otherwise see the Linksys forum for more expert help.
