Does this forum work?

Does all the phishtracking and "outing" of scammers work?

I am intrigued by the great talent of many people here (especially MGD) and how many of these idiot script kiddies are found BUT is a difference being made? Are web-hosting companies paying attention? Are eBay, Paypal and banks doing their part?

Thoughts? Opinions?

YES, a tremendous difference is being made! Each & every notified victim would agree to that. As far as the institutions go some of them are a disgrace, but it's not about the institutions, it's about preventing the victims from getting fleeced.
