ViaTalk: Houston Network Outage
The datacenter housing the houston-1.vtnoc.net switch is experiencing a network outage. This is effecting users on that server, as well as the ViaTalk.Com main site, and partial control panel functionality.
Control panel functionality will be restored momentarily.
Users who are properly set for dynamic routing have already be re-routed to failover equipment.
Users who are not set for dynamic routing are being moved manually and will be routed their as soon as DNS changes take effect.
