I live in Israel and all games are blocked even though Israel is not on the list of restricted countries. I have emailed the NFL, and they responded to go to real media, and when I told them that was for another service they never responded. YAhoo does not have an official way to contact them, although they do have a feedback form which has an email field, but I haven't received abything from them and it's been 4 days. In both correspondances I wrote I will cancel if they don;t resolve this, but they do have a no cancellation policy.However none of the games work. they all say I am out of area but Israel is not listed as restricted at all, and had it been on the list I wouldn;t have signed up. Thank god, if all doesn't work out my credit card company will reverse the charges as they are very good about this kind of thing but still this is rediculous. |
