I'm a ViaTalk user (and like it better than SunRocket), but I also agree. It is puzzling this made the front page, but the ViaTalk issues have not. While I haven't really noticed severe problems with my service, I don't see where SunRocket has been worse over the past week or so. Maybe it has to do with the size of the subscriber base? |

Seriously. I even like Viatalk better than SR, but fair's fair. This outage is nothing compared to the litany of problems that viatalk users have posted. I'm just sayin'... |
