| I'm a ViaTalk user (and like it better than SunRocket), but I also agree. It is puzzling this made the front page, but the ViaTalk issues have not. While I haven't really noticed severe problems with my service, I don't see where SunRocket has been worse over the past week or so. Maybe it has to do with the size of the subscriber base? |

I am in Ohio using the NJ server, and I have not had any of the issues that people have been complaining about for the past couple of weeks with Viatalk.(knock on wood) |
