It depends on the neighbourhood you live in mostly. When I was with Shaw it would slow down between 3-10pm every weeknight and most of the day Saturday and Sunday. I would lose probably about 1/2 of my top speed (so going from 4000 down to 2100 or so), and rarely I would drop to the hundreds. I called Shaw about a dozen times and they told me it was something they would fix, but they didn't so I went to DSL and now I get 4000/500 at any time any day!!
MTS is fast. Adsl here is probably about 1 mbps down if that. What plan is that? I could find no advertised speeds on MTSs site. Do you have a link to some info?

edit no slowdowns here. Constant ~9mbps
