Good to see things have changed in the last few years since I had Charter.

I went through the exact same thing trying to set up service in Texas around 2000. 2 missed appointments (one where the tech just decided to go home for the day, the other they ran out of boxes, yeah right).

Horrible service...

You would be suprised among other things how real an occourance this apperantly is with Charter.
