Linksys set-up

Can anyone help me figure out the setting s for linksys WRT54GS v.4 to connect to Atlantic Broadband? Needs the following info.-

Connection:
DHCP
PPPoE
Static IP
PPTP
L2TP
TELSTRA

IP Address
Subnet Mask
Gateway
DNS 1
DNS 2

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
