West Hempstead, NY | anyone missing channels 702 or 713? rebooting box no help
I get the info bar on the bottom of the screen, but these channels have black screen. 4200HD on Woodbury system. I tried cust svc on the phone, they couldn't fix it. |

Did you try cold booting the box by either unplugging it for 30 seconds or doing the three-button solute? |

Stamford, CT | Both of those channels are in the 700mhz range. Your signal is obviously weak in that range. I had the same problem. The only way it's going to get fixed is with a service call, you probably have a bad splitter. |

I've had this happen on one of my DVR boxes every now and then. It always righted itself within a short time.
In fact, I haven't had this problem in a few months so maybe it was corrected by CV.

West Hempstead, NY | Thanks guys, new box solved it, and there's nothing wrong with my 5-way splitter which feeds the tuner card on my pc, the cable modem, the living room tv+vcr, a 3-way splitter when 1 feed gets to the 2nd floor for2 more tv's and a vcr. |
