What kind of bandwidth are you providing and what kind of bandwidth do they get with the different classes of dsl? How many IP's etc? Support? You haven't provided enough information to evaluate what to charge. |

| Buisness gets 768k with a burst to 1.5mb, they will generally pull the 1.5mb due to the fact that 8-5 is not primetime. Residential is 768k Best effort, unless they have requested otherwise. People needing consistent latency are given a different QOS than others also at NC.
Buisness class DSL by the telco is 1.5mb .
We provide static IP's if required at NC.
Midsummer I hope to move everyone from 768k to 1mb, possibly greater.

| Are you talking about providing wired DSL or fixed wireless? I am paying $189 for 6 meg business DSL with 8 public IPs and an assurance that it is only oversold at 1/4th what residential is. Keep in mind also that the price does not include the phone line which you may or may not already have. With Business DSL, they have higher SLA and more detailed monitoring and management, not to mention they supply the Cisco router.
I've attached their marketing brochure but if it contravenes board policy, I'm sure a mod will remove it. |
