| Re: Apartment Complex Foreclosed on. Out $5K Bill a base fee a month in advance. That would keep you ahead somewhat. Then if they fall behind you would only be out Usage-deposit instead of the entire amount.
It's a bad deal, and I don't wish it upon anyone and can't even imagine what $5k would do to me if I were on my own doing this. Good luck with anything.
You could file a judgement against the prior owners I suppose? I've found that people are always hard @ss's, so you gotta be one right back at'em sometimes.
