"Seems" is the operative word ... as far as I'm concerned, nothing fundamental has changed except that the strident cries of protecting bumiputra rights have grown much louder to the exclusion of common sense.
The worrying thing is that AAB can't stop it either because he can't afford to risk eroding his already small number of supporters or he tacitly agrees with them.
Either way the writing is already on the wall so its up to everyone to decide what they want to do about it. Human nature being what it is, most will ignore it until the crunch and then they'll stampede. |
