Like others, I received a free portable Sungale DVD player(PD701) - low end but pretty nice (I think). Reading the manual I saw that when re-charging the battery that when the battery is fully charged that the LED will "glimmer". I've used mine about 20 minutes (just to try it with an audio CD and a DVD movie). I plugged in the battery transformer and the LED went RED for about 3 seconds, then went to RED, GREEN, RED, GREEN, RED and continued this red/green flashing. Is that what the manual means by "glimmer"?
If so, it seems the battery must have come fully charged and only took 3 seconds to recharge after 20 minutes of use.
